How to use

1. Take a small amount with your fingers or an INSIGHT Bamboo Spatula.
2. Dissolve it in wet hands with a very little water.
3. Massage onto wet skin.
4. Rinse thoroughly.

Start with less than you'd use of a liquid wash — it's far more concentrated. For external use only; avoid contact with eyes.

Is it soap?

No. It's a melted-texture cleanser built on mild isethionate surfactants — gentler on the skin barrier than traditional soap or sulphates.

How long does 45g last?

Insight state the concentration matches a 150ml liquid body wash, so expect similar mileage from a jar a third of the size.

Can I take it on a plane?

Yes — it's a solid-format product, so it doesn't count against liquid limits, and the jar won't leak.

Can I use it to shave?

Many people do — it produces a slick, creamy lather. Test on a small area first if your skin is reactive.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

The glycerin, aloe and almond oil base is aimed at exactly that. It does contain fragrance and sweet almond oil — avoid if you have a nut allergy.
