Yes — it's cleansed with Sodium Cocoyl Methyl Isethionate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Methyl Oleoyl Taurate and Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, with no SLS or SLES.

Why doesn't it lather much?

Sulphate-free surfactants foam less. Cleansing power isn't affected.
