At HairCareCyprus, we know fast delivery is IMPORTANT — and we work hard to make sure you receive your favourite professional haircare quickly, safely, and affordably anywhere in the Republic of Cyprus.
To offer the best possible service, we use a combination of couriers:

ACS Courier – Office pickup, 24/7 locker collection, and next-day delivery

AKIS Express – Paid home delivery

ACS – Home delivery or office pickup (depending on location and speed)
Our goal is always the same: choose the courier option that will get your order to you fastest.
🚚 Delivery Options & Pricing
Home or Work Delivery – €4.00
Delivered via Akis Express or ACS, depending on which is fastest for your area.
Pick Up from ACS Office – €3.00
Collect your order at your local ACS office during their normal business hours.
NEW! ACS Locker Pickup – €3.00
Collect from an ACS 24/7 locker — perfect if you cannot reach an office during working hours.
FREE DELIVERY on Orders Over €70
Available for all delivery methods across Cyprus.
⏱️ Delivery Times
We process orders Monday–Friday before 12:00pm.
Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the following working day.
Typical delivery times:

1–2 working days from dispatch

Home deliveries occur between 9am–6pm

ACS office and locker pick-ups will receive an SMS notification once ready
Important for Home Delivery:
Please keep your phone available so the courier can reach you. Missed calls may delay delivery.
Before Collecting from ACS:
Check your local office or locker’s opening/operating hours.
📦 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an email containing your:

You can track your parcel through the ACS Mobile App:

📮 Damages & Returns Policy
We work hard to package every parcel safely, but if something goes wrong, we’re here to help.
Returns (Unopened Products Only)
Items may be returned for a refund if:

They are unopened, unused, and in re-saleable condition

All tamper-resistant seals, packaging, and wrapping are intact

You notify us in writing within 5 days of receiving your order
We do not accept returns for opened or used products.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
We require:

A clear photograph of the damage

Your order number
This helps us investigate the issue and improve future courier handling.
If returning a damaged item, we recommend taking a photo before sending it back for your own assurance.
💰 Refunds
For orders fulfilled by HairCareCyprus:

You will receive email updates once your return is received

Refunds are processed within 3 working days of the item arriving back to our warehouse

Depending on your bank, refunds may take up to 1 week to appear in your account

Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for your original order
