We post your orders Mon/Tue/Wed/Thur/ Friday before 12pm (so be sure not to miss the time)
Delivery of your products will be made within 2-3 days of your order.
Deliveries to your home or place of work are made between 9am – 1pm / 4pm – 6pm.
Collection at your local ACS depot can be made within their normal working hours. You will receive a text message from ACS when the products are at the office to be collected.
Please check the opening times of your local depot before collection.
Damages and Returns Policy
For orders fullfilled by haircarecyprus.com, items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact. You must notify us in writing that you are returning your purchase within 5 days, beginning the day after the day on which you receive the product.
If you wish to return product due to damages we require a photograph so that we can see clearly what has happened. If you receive damaged products we are truly sorry, as we try to pack your products to prevent any damage to your order in the delivery process. If orders are damaged during the delivery process please contact us asap so we can resolve the issue and prevent future problems with our postal company acs. We recommend a photograph is taken of the item prior to returning it if you are concerned about damage during its return journey.
Please note that we do not accept returns if product has been used or opened.
For orders fulfilled by haircarecyprus.com, you will receive an email confirmation and regular email updates as your returns make their way back to us.
Your refund will be processed, once it has been delivered to our warehouse and within 3 working days of arriving back to our us. Refunds can take up to 1 week to show on your account; this is due to the time taken by some banks to process the payment.
We will refund you by the same payment method used to make the original order (e.g. if you have paid by credit card, we will reimburse your credit card account). If you have not received your refund after this time, please contact us on 99859378 and we will be happy assist you.
