📍 WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We are based in Geroskipou, Paphos, but we deliver island-wide across the Republic of Cyprus via ACS and AKIS Express.


⏱️ HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

We always aim to ship as quickly as possible!
Typical delivery times are:

  • 2–3 working days from the moment your order is placed

  • Delivery speed depends on the courier and delivery option you choose

  • Busy holiday periods may experience slight delays (we still try our best to be FAST)


⚡ WHAT IS THE QUICKEST DELIVERY OPTION?

For the fastest experience, select:

→ Pickup from your nearest ACS office (paid online at checkout)

ACS Office pickup is typically faster than home delivery, especially during busy seasons.

NEW: ACS Lockers – 24/7 Pickup!
Perfect if you can’t get to an office during working hours. Just select ACS locker delivery at checkout and pick up your parcel anytime.

👉 IMPORTANT: Please write which ACS office or locker you prefer in the order notes at checkout.


🚚 WHAT COURIER DO YOU USE?

We use the courier that will get your order to you the fastest:

  • AKIS Express → Home delivery (paid)

  • ACS → Office pickup, ACS locker pickup, or home delivery

We choose based on speed, location, and efficiency to make sure your parcel arrives quickly.


📦 HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once you place your order, you instantly receive an email with:

  • Your order confirmation

  • Your tracking number

You can track your parcel through:

  • ACS App or Website

  • AKIS Express Website

(Depending on which delivery option was selected. We automatically choose the courier that will deliver your parcel the fastest.)


🛒 CAN I PLACE AN ORDER THROUGH MESSENGER, INSTAGRAM OR TIKTOK?

No.
All orders must be placed through our official website so you:

  • Receive your order confirmation

  • Receive your tracking number

  • Are protected by our secure checkout system

Our social pages are for questions, support, and product advice only.


💶 CAN I PAY CASH ON DELIVERY?

Yes!
At checkout, select Cash on Delivery if that’s more comfortable for you.
Many people prefer this when trying a new online shop — totally understandable.


💳 CAN I PAY BY CARD?

Absolutely.
At checkout, select Pay by Card to complete your purchase securely online.

✔ We do NOT store any card details
✔ Payments are 100% secure
✔ You may also choose cash on delivery if you prefer

Yes — all our brands are 100% authentic, sourced directly from official brand distributors.
We only stock professional international haircare used in salons worldwide.

❓ WHAT IF I ENTER THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS?

Message us immediately — if the order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can update the address.


🔄 CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

Unused and unopened products can be returned or exchanged.
Please message us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance.
