How to use

1. Allergy alert test 48 hours before every single application, without exception.
2. Mix 1:1.5 — for example 60ml colour cream to 90ml INCOLOR activator. Never use metal bowls or tools.
3. Apply with a brush to dry, unwashed hair, working evenly from roots to ends (on virgin hair, lengths and ends first, then roots).
4. Develop for 35–40 minutes. Don't rinse early — it causes uneven results.
5. Emulsify with a little water, then rinse thoroughly.
6. Finish with a post-colour neutralising shampoo and mask to reset pH and close the cuticle.

Do I really need to patch test every time?

Yes. Sensitisation to hair dye can develop at any point, even after years of trouble-free colouring. The 48-hour allergy alert test is a legal requirement of the product's instructions, not a formality.

What developer strength do I need?

This listing includes 20vol (6%), which covers grey and gives roughly one level of lift. Higher volumes lift further and are chosen by the stylist based on the target shade.

How many applications does a tube give?

Typically one full-head application, or two root applications, depending on hair length and density.

Can I use it on eyebrows or eyelashes?

No — never. This is prohibited for all oxidative hair colourants and can cause serious eye injury.
